01.01.2010 Experienced researcher, Ben Stanley, joins ELECDEM

Ben Stanley will focus on workpackage 12, Electoral Behavior in New Democracies, and will work at IVO with Olga Gyarfasova.  Ben joins the project from the University of Essex where he has just completed his PhD in Government.
